The primary attribute of the accommodation is the “modern”, since that is the ultimate requirement contemporary tourists have, looking for comfortableness and comfort. All the apartments and rooms are equipped with direct telephone line, mini bar, cable TV, free of charge wireless internet connection, bathroom with toilet, and most of them (excluding only a few) have balconies overseeing the fabulous landscape. The apartments and the rooms are not air conditioned because the climate is such that there is no need for that. During the summer, when in the rest of the country the heat is almost unbearable, here, you can enjoy the pleasant daily temperature, while the nights are cool and precondition real relaxation and sleep. In winter the whole building is heated with its own central heating system.

The “chardak” which is a multi-purpose premise can be also used as a second room for seminar sessions, apart from which it is mainly used for entertainment purposes, such as DJ, karaoke and reception parties, as well as its normal functioning as a club where you can spend pleasant hours with your friends and colleagues, trying the local desserts. Berovo is 165 km from the capital of the Republic of Macedonia, Skopje, and 142 km from the airport “Aleksandar Veliki”. Berovo is 335 km from the city of Ohrid (including Ohrid Airport). There are three enterences into Berovo: Kocani-Vinica-Berovo, Kocani-Delcevo Berovo and Strumica-Berovo. If arriving from Skopje you should take the highway towards Veles, and then continue towards Stip There is a daily bus line (five times / day) from Skopje via Veles, Stip, Kocani and Vinica to Berovo, and from Skopje via Delcevo to Berovo (two times / day). One can reach Berovo from Republic of Bulgaria as well, using the border passes at: Delcevo (45 km) and from the passage of Strumica, Novo Selo (76 km).
